The nearest shopping facilities are about 15 minutes away by car, for example in Neukloster or Bützow.

Cities for day trips are easily accessible by car, e.g., Rostock (35 min), Kühlungsborn (40 min), Güstrow (35 min), Schwerin (50 min), Wismar (30 min), and Lübeck (60 min).

The parking lot is located opposite the property.

Our property is 500m² and therefore ideal for families with children or dogs. In good weather, the lawn offers plenty of space for sunbathing, or you can simply enjoy the day stand-up paddleboarding on the lake. In the evenings, you can relax at the barbecue pavilion. If it happens to rain, you'll be well protected on our fully glazed terrace, or you can warm up in the optional sauna. We highly recommend a day trip to Rostock, Rostock-Warnemünde, Wismar, or Schwerin. All these cities are easily accessible. And if you're not in the mood for anything more active, Netflix and board games are available. 😋
